To make a reservation you can book directly on our website www.parknasillaresort.com or you can call our reservations team on (064) 66 75600.

A credit card is required to guarantee your hotel booking and no charge will be imposed until post your stay in most cases.  However certain packages may carry different payment terms.  Please note for self-catering booking different deposit and payment terms apply. We accept Laser, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Please call our reservations team on (064) 66 75600.  They will require your credit card to pre-pay for their reservation.

The following are Parknasilla cancellation policies:

Hotel Cancellation Policies
Parknasilla Hotel Room cancellation policy states that the hotel must be notified 72 hours prior to your arrival date of any modification or cancellation of your booking. Cancellation or part cancellation of your booking within this period will be subject to 100% cancellation charge and Parknasilla will apply this charge to the credit card that was provided as security at the time of booking.
Five Day Midweek Full Board Package Cancellation Policy
A booking fee of 10% will be deducted at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancelling your reservation or part cancelling your reservation within 72 hours of arrival date or non-arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge which will be automatically debited from the credit card details given at the time of reservation. In the event that we are unable to honour your reservation due to Government Restrictions or other, you will have the option to rebook for an alternative date, receive a gift certificate or a refund of any prepayment less the 10% booking and administration fee when the hotel is operable.
Christmas Cancellation Policy
 A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking to confirm Christmas stays. A further 50% of the total stay cost is due October 1st. Balance of total stay to be paid in full on departure. Cancellations received before October 27th will be issued a refund of the second payment of 50% of the total stay. No refunds for whatever causes will be issued by us for cancellations after October 27th 2022.
New Year’s Eve Celebration Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking to confirm New Year’s stay. A further 50% of the total stay cost is due October 1st. Balance of total stay to be paid in full on departure. Cancellations received before October 27th will be issued a refund of the second payment of 50% of the total stay. No refunds for whatever causes will be issued by us for cancellations after October 27th 2022.
Lodge Cancellation
Two Bedroom Self Catering Lodge Cancellation Policy A €155 non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. For our two bedroom self catering lodges our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancelling your reservation or part cancelling your reservation after this or non-arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge which will be automatically debited from the credit card details given at the time of reservation. Additional terms may apply. In the event that we are unable to honour your reservation due to Government Restrictions or other, you will have the option to rebook for an alternative date, receive a gift certificate or a refund less a booking/administration fee of €40 payable when the hotel is operable.

If a reservation has been guaranteed to your credit card. Cancellations or part cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date or non-arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge which will be automatically debited from the credit card details given at the time of reservation. Different terms may apply for self-catering and special event and Christmas bookings.

The reservation is guaranteed by credit card, please contact the Hotel if arrival time is later than 6pm.
We accept Laser,Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Please be aware that a credit card will be taken at check-in for authorization and a PIN number is required for European credit card holders (American Express excluded).
Cheques will be accepted only with a valid cheque guarantee card and up to the value which is displayed on the card. Additional terms may apply.
