Room Reservations: To modify or cancel your booking, kindly notify the hotel at least 72 hours before your arrival date. Cancellations made within this period will incur a 100% cancellation charge, debited from the provided credit card.

Five Day Midweek Full Board Package: A 10% booking fee will be deducted upon reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. In case of government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, options for rebooking or refunds will be provided, with a deduction of the booking fee.

Christmas & New Year’s Eve Celebrations: A non-refundable 10% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. An additional 50% payment is due by October 1st, with the remaining balance payable upon departure. Cancellations made before October 27th will receive a refund of the second payment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.

Lodge Cancellation: For two-bedroom self-catering lodges, a €155 nonrefundable deposit is taken upon booking. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation charge.

Options for rebooking, gift certificates, or refunds (with a deduction of a €40 booking/administration fee) will be provided in case of government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Guaranteed Reservations: Cancellations or part cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date or non-arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge, automatically debited from the provided credit card.

Booking Conditions: Credit card guarantee is required for reservations. Accepted payment methods include Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cheques are accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card, up to the displayed value on the card.

Unfortunately, we do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.
