Walking Trails
Walking is one of the most popular ways to immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery and landscape of Parknasilla and truly experience its individuality.
With ten mapped walks to help navigate 500 acres of lush vegetation and wildlife, the trails are suitable for any age or ability.

Exercise Classes
Be ready for a full body group workout class! Perfect to increase core stability, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Come to this fun and energetic class and let your body a have a blast!

Aqua Aerobic Classes

The Spa at Parknasilla
We recommend that you allow ample time to experience the Spa Thermal Suite, Outdoor Hot Tubs, Seawater Hot Tub on the pier and the Relaxation Suite.
