Princess Grace Suite
Named after one of our most glamourous guests who stayed here in the summer of 1961. Grace Kelly, a beautiful Irish-American actress, lit up the silver screen in the 1950s during Hollywood’s Golden Age. She fell in love with Prince Rainier, who whisked her off her feet to live happily ever after in Monaco. Princess Grace, along with her husband and children, stayed in this suite during her visit to Ireland to trace her ancestral roots.
With a separate living area and bedroom, the design of this suite is reminiscent of Grace’s elegant and understated style. With original, antique furnishings like the Sanderson table and the elegant ladies’ desk to the French chandeliers and individual antique ornaments; you will feel like you are staying in a majestic setting.
The crowning glory of the Princess Grace suite is the two separate balconies that overlook the sea and the distant Beara Peninsula. Imagine, breakfast on your balcony or sipping a glass of champagne as you watch the sunset on Kenmare Bay.

Balcony Suite
The largest of our deluxe suites, The Balcony Suite is the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful views of rugged mountains and mercurial seascapes that surround Parknasilla. The floor-to-ceiling windows open onto vivid scenes of unspoiled landscape and seascape and invite in the ever-changing, natural light to brighten up your day. Step out onto the large balcony and watch the day unfold with an early morning coffee and the newspaper, which we are happy to deliver to your door. Or unwind in the comfort of your balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sunset on Kenmare Bay.
Located in the newest part of The West Wing, The Balcony Suite has a contemporary, modern design, with a large living area, a separate bedroom and a separate shower and bathroom. Regular guests who stay here are particularly drawn to the jacuzzi bathtub, a luxurious treat that melts your troubles away and rejuvenates the senses.

Rossdohan Suite
Rossdohan is a private island situated close to Parknasilla’s estate and such is its beauty, we have named one of our deluxe suites in its honour. Our Rossdohan Suite is centrally located, yet feels like it’s a little off the beaten path.
Located on the third floor of the hotel’s West Wing, this luxurious sanctuary has a modern, contemporary design, encompassing a combined living and bedroom area.
A large wrap around balcony opens onto serene views of Kenmare Bay and from here you can also enjoy the feeling of being nurtured by the lushness of the surrounding woodland.
From the Rossdohan you can truly experience the beauty of Parknasilla’s natural surroundings.

Manor Suite
The British monarch, King Edward VII introduced a certain style that was influenced by the art and fashions of continental Europe. The aristocracy in Ireland adopted the trends of this Edwardian era, which is reflected in the décor of this suite.
Situated in the main house, this suite has a combined open living space and sleeping area, lavishly decorated with restored antique furniture. The pièce de résistance, the bathroom with large windows overlooking the gardens and Kenmare Bay, an antique style claw bath and separate walk-in shower – soak your cares away and let your mind linger on a time in the past when life was full of simple pleasures.

The Parknasilla Suite has been designed to offer extra luxury for special occasions or romantic getaways. Each Parknasilla Suite is designed with luxurious comfort a paramount feature in all. All Parknasilla Suites are open plan and include balcony with stunning views over the Kenmare Bay or the Kerry Mountains, large king sized bed with crisp white sheets and duvet, ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower, a selection of soft fluffy towels, robes and slippers, complimentary Luxury Sothys bath products, 50″ HD Interactive LED TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities, mineral water and free Wi-Fi. The Parknasilla suites have no lift access.
Superior Manor Seaview Room
Within the original and historic Manor House at Parknasilla we have designated a few select rooms as Manor Superiors because they are more generous in space, combining an elegant lounge seating area with a luxurious bedroom area.
If old world charm and classical & elegant styled interiors is your preference, then this is the room for you. And because these rooms are sea facing, anticipate a view that will simply take your breath away.
Each of the rooms is individual in design and colour and all contain painstakingly restored antique furniture and one-of-a-kind antique items. They also feature the most modern facilities for your comfort and enjoyment.

These rooms offer fabulous views of Kenmare Bay and are also the perfect vantage point to marvel at the rugged, towering Kerry mountains that are famous for their beauty.
Some of our Manor Seaview rooms have walk-in showers, while others have deep bathtubs, but all are prime locations to enjoy the beauty of Kenmare Bay and our colourful garden and woodland.
Each of these double rooms has its own unique character and style in keeping with the Victorian-Edwardian period when Parknasilla was built. Beautiful antique furniture, sourced from Ireland and Europe, and walls finished in the Italian ‘stucco lustro’ style recreate a charming and relaxing atmosphere.
