Yes. Swim hats are required at all times in the indoor swimming pool. Swim hats are not required for the Infinity Pool.
Why are swim hats required in the indoor pool but not in the Infinity Pool?

Hotel Guests: Receive complimentary towels for spa and pool use.
Courtyard Lodges & Woodland Villas Guests: Towels can be provided by the spa for a €2 charge per towel.

What are the red locker tokens for?
The red locker tokens are used to securely lock the lockers in the changing rooms while you enjoy the spa facilities.

How long is the swimming pool?
The indoor swimming pool is 18 metres in length.
Is the Vitality Pool a saltwater pool?
No. The Vitality Pool is filled with fresh spring water. Located on the pier just below the hotel, it offers a relaxing and revitalising experience with stunning Atlantic views. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature designed to help improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
🗓️ Note: The Vitality Pool is open seasonally from April to September.
How do I get to the sea and Vitality Pool?
Access to the sea and Vitality Pool is via the hotel’s front entrance. From there, follow the pathway down to the pier.
Why is there no direct access to the pier from the spa?
Access to the pier is via the main hotel entrance and outdoor pathway. This helps us maintain safety, security, and appropriate supervision around the spa and waterfront areas.
How deep is the sea beside the pier?
Sea depth can vary significantly depending on tides and weather conditions. For safety reasons, we recommend speaking with a member of the team on the day if you are considering sea swimming or jumping from the pier.
What time is high tide?
High tide times change daily. Please speak with Reception on the day of your visit for the latest local tide information.
Why are children not allowed in the Infinity Pool?
The Infinity Pool is an adults-only relaxation area designed to provide a calm and tranquil spa experience. Children are very welcome to enjoy the indoor swimming pool and the Vitality Pool on the pier.
Why are the Infinity Pool, Spa Thermal Suite, and Sauna not recommended during pregnancy?
Due to elevated water temperatures and intense heat exposure, using the Infinity Pool, Spa Thermal Suite, or Sauna is not recommended during pregnancy. Prolonged exposure to high heat can raise your core body temperature, which carries health risks during pregnancy. We strongly advise guests to consult their doctor or healthcare professional before booking or using any heated spa facilities.
Can I use my phone in the thermal area?
To protect the privacy and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phone use be kept to a minimum within the thermal areas. Photography and video recording are not permitted in the spa facilities.
Can I order drinks at the spa?
Food and drink service is not available within the spa facilities. We kindly ask guests not to bring drinks into the thermal areas to help maintain a peaceful and safe environment.
