The Skellig Experience

The Skellig Experience provides you an opportunity to experience many aspects of one of the wonders of Skellig Michael and the Skellig Islands. Located on the waterfront, the Skellig Experience provides a one-stop shop for all with an exhibition area, audiovisual, gift shop and restaurant.

Providing an insight into the lives of the Skellig monks who lived on the island in the early Christian period, and how they managed to survive on the island for 600 years. The center also includes a 80 seat auditorium, where you can watch a 14-minute movie on their lives, and the legacy left behind by the monks.
