Your Retreat curator is Karin O’Shea, a dedicated yoga & meditation instructor, who believes that true nourishment goes beyond the physical – it is about connecting with yourself, embracing stillness and heeding your wisdom within. Over the course of the three days. Karin will guide you through a journey of movement, stillness and reconnection, helping you to embrace nourishment and nature in all its forms.
Nourish is about moments. Evocative, visceral moments that resonate deeply. Moments that make you feel warm. Moments that stay with you. Parknasilla is full of these moments. It’s stunning location; the seemingly boundless grounds with tracks and trails that wind tantalisingly on and on, the ocean; wild yet comforting, that laps and crashes over the rocky outcrops, and sunsets savoured from the warmth of the Infinity Pool.
Your retreat package includes five sessions with Karin, one sound baths therapy session with Claudia, two nights accommodation, breakfast, one light lunch, dinner on both evenings, full access to the spa thermal suite, infinity pool and vitality pool.

20:45 Gentle, nurturing Yin Yoga for deep rest and restoration.
Day 2 – Monday 19th May
08:00 Energizing Morning Yoga Flow, ending with journaling to cultivate inner awareness.
10:15 Breakfast in the Pygmalion Restaurant.
11:30 Guided Meditation & Breathwork.
13:00 Lunch at your leisure in the Doolittle Lounge.
14:00 Free time to rest, reflect, or immerse in nature.
18:30 Nourishing dinner in the Pygmalion Restaurant.
21:00 Sound Bath Healing Session with Claudia Grodotski.
Day 3 – Tuesday 20th May
08:00 Dynamic Vinyasa Flow to awaken the body, transitioning into Yin Yoga.
09:15 Breakfast in the Pygmalion Restaurant.
10:30 Closing session—grounding yoga flow for balance and rejuvenation. Ending with a reflective Savasana meditation, carrying renewed clarity and nourishment into the season ahead.
