Role; Guest Relations Manager – Parknasilla Resort & Spa
The 4 star Parknasilla Resort and Spa located on the famous Ring of Kerry is now recruiting for a Guest Relations Manager (GRM) to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this GRM role is a very operational based role and the ideal candidate must ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Il candidato ideale dovrebbe possedere :
- Un minimo di due anni di esperienza nella gestione delle operazioni alberghiere in un hotel a 4 o 5 stelle con un forte background nelle operazioni di Front Office e Food and Beverage.
- Passionate about standards and committed to offering a superior guest experience at all times.
- Ability to apply a common-sense approach to problem-solving and to anticipate & prevent guest issues from arising
- Ability to assist a strong team of departmental managers along with ensuring staff are motivated, happy and well-trained
- A hands-on, customer-facing management style is essential
- Previous exposure to Micros POS, Opera PMS, Open Table (or similar) would be advantageous.
- Capacità e disponibilità a lavorare con orari flessibili / un modello di turni 5 su 7 giorni compresi i fine settimana e come richiesto dal business
- Ottima presentazione personale e aspetto professionale
- Conoscenza approfondita delle leggi e dei regolamenti del settore alberghiero
Questa posizione offrirà un pacchetto retributivo molto generoso a seconda dell'esperienza e l'alloggio sussidiato può anche essere fornito se richiesto.
