We are currently seeking experienced, professional, and passionate Terapisti termali to join our dedicated Spa team. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists who take pride in delivering outstanding treatments and exceptional guest care.

Role Overview

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality treatments and creating memorable, personalised experiences for our guests. You will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, presentation, and service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of massage and facial treatments in line with spa protocols
  • Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalised experience for all guests
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and enquiries courteously and efficiently
  • Assist with spa reception duties including bookings, guest queries, and retail recommendations
  • Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Present a professional appearance and ensure guests receive a genuine, courteous welcome
  • Work collaboratively with the Spa Manager and team to maintain seamless service
  • Support colleagues and assist with additional duties as required
  • Represent the spa’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction at all times

Requisiti

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist
  • Recognised qualifications in beauty and massage therapies (e.g. ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC)
  • Proficiency in delivering massage and facial treatments
  • Fluent English essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and well-presented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
