Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Which way will my voucher be presented to me
Vouchers purchased over the phone are delivered in a gift box and a gift bag trough An post, while online purchases receive an online PDF.
Can I purchase a voucher using a different voucher?
Unfortunately, following our hotel policies, it is not possible to purchase a voucher using another voucher.
What happens if I lose my Vouchers?
