– 08:00 – 09.30 Energizing Morning Meditation and Yoga Flow
– 10:00 Breakfast in the Pygmalion Restaurant
– 11:30 Seashore discovery Walk with Vincent Hyland
– 13:30 One course Lunch in Doolittle Lounge
– 16:00 Free time. Indulge in the spa facilities, read, journal, swim
– 18:00 Dinner in the Doolittle Lounge
– 20.00 – 21:15 Cosy, Calming Restorative-style yoga practice & Yoga Nidra Relaxation
Day 3
– 8:30 – 10:00 Sea-ize the day – Sea-inspired Yoga Flow
