We are currently seeking a committed, service-driven individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Assistant / Waiter / Assistant Waiter.
Panoramica:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service in our restaurant and lounge, working closely with the team to ensure that all aspects of service run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and have experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat all customers with courtesy and warmth, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food, drinks, and service.
- Provide menus to guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure that requests are accurately communicated to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests at their tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Assist in the preparation of beverages, both hot and cold, with attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant, lounge and bar areas at all times.
Skills & Specifications:
- Proven experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, with a positive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Fully flexible with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Applicants must have the right to live and work in EU.
