Our facilities are exclusively available to hotel residents. We are unable to accommodate non-residents for general facility access.

Can non-residents book a spa treatment at Parknasilla?

While Parknasilla is dedicated to guests who have reserved accommodations in the Hotel, Courtyard Lodges, or Woodland Villas, we do warmly welcome non-residents with prior appointments for spa treatments or experiences.

Can non-residents dine at Parknasilla if they have a voucher?

The Doolittle Bar & Lounge and the Pygmalion Restaurant are reserved for the exclusive enjoyment of resort residents. However, if you have a voucher, our dining team will explore availability and, if suitable, do their best to accommodate your request.

Do you take non-residents?

We are delighted to welcome non-resident guests to Parknasilla Resort outside the peak summer period, subject to availability.

July and August: Due to exceptionally high demand, the Resort’s dining outlets, Railway Café and Spa are reserved exclusively for resident guests during July and August.

Outside of July and August, non-resident guests may visit the following facilities:

The Pygmalion Restaurant: Open to non-resident guests for dinner with an advance reservation, strictly subject to availability.

The Doolittle Lounge: Open to non-resident guests for lunch with an advance reservation, strictly subject to availability.

The Railway Café: Open daily from 8:30am to 4:30pm, subject to Resort availability.

The Spa: Treatments may be available to non-resident guests by advance reservation, strictly subject to availability.

Advance booking is strongly recommended. Walk-in guests may only be accommodated subject to availability on the day.
